Firstly we know that our quality product is easy to sell, it will match any board colour for a panel door, and match any fitted furniture you are making for your customers.
The Mirror and Panel doors are so quick and easy to make. We provide you with the door form calculation to create the actual cutting sizes.
The components are designed to be interactive with either style of door, for example the colour cover trims, bottom door rollers and track sets in White, Gold or Silver, all 4900mm, are used for both designs.
The bottom door cover trim is also used as the facia to the ceiling Head. So wastage is kept to a minimum.
Initial stock would not cost too much, we ask you to take accessories - Bottom Rollers, Angle Brackets (for Mirror Doors), Cushion Pile, Top and Bottom Rail 4mm for Mirror Doors and 18mm or 15mm for Panel Doors, door assembly screws, double sided and gasket tape plus a box of Head and Cill in either colour 6 lengths per box.
As and when you have sold a particular colour you only need to order just that colour in either 6x4mm, 6x15mm, or 6x18mm per box - split boxes are not recommended as they cost more. We do not hold stocked items - they are all made up to order and take approximately 7-10 days from order to despatch. This method helps both you and us, because storage of our product is paramount, it must be store in a dry and flat environment and doors made up as soon as possible to eliminate storage damage.
We will provide you with a two or three door run, in a colour of your choice, at a discounted price for your showroom.
